CLASSIC YACHT PHOTOGRAPHY
HEAD
More of the tropical theme is carried into the head with bamboo wallpaper. It took several days to remove it all.
This porcelain sink was in perfect shape.
Thankfully, the stainless shower pan is in good shape and doesn't need to be pulled and replaced.
These linoleum panels will be replaced by glass tile and the fixtures re-chromed.
Shower hardware is cataloged before going to the metal finisher for re-chroming.
A new head and holding tank are installed. The floor is elevated to accommodate the base and make room for the macerator.
We were able to shoehorn in this head from Tecma®.
Backer board is applied in preparation for the tiled shower.
This tile is made from recycled bottle glass. The warm green color goes well with the Interlux enamel #4208 (Hatteras Off-White) that runs throughout the interior.
Two large lockers offer plenty of storage space. Under sink compartment holds laundry.
Four towel bars make storage easy. Fresh towels can go into one of the two large lockers.
Mahogany beam soles accent the headliner and electrical is installed. The toggle switch operates the shower pan pump.
